Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your items are dispatched.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers to bring you the best products, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Each item may ship from a different warehouse location to ensure faster fulfillment. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment as they are dispatched. There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for current offers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your package(s) directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number(s).

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location for safe placement
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at Contactus@turningfabulous.com and we'll help resolve the issue

Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
