RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Returns We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Items that do not match the product description

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Process To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Contactus@turningfabulous.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
